Our Service Membership is more than a standard service contract! Not only will you get two seasonal maintenance checks, you will also receive exclusive member discounts on repairs and installations.
What is seasonal maintenance?
Seasonal maintenance is an inexpensive way to maintain your expensive equipment. We will visit in the Spring (before the hot Summer days hit full force!) and in the Fall (before the blistering cold sets in!). We will check your HVAC equipment to make sure it’s ready to keep you comfortable BEFORE extreme weather hits.
Finding out your AC isn’t running properly on a 90 degree day is awful. Or that your heat doesn’t work on a freezing night… BRRRR! Don’t let it happen to you!
Sign up for routine maintenance. It’s like a routine physical for your HVAC equipment.
Here are some of the services provided with each maintenance visit:
- Clean air filters, indoor or outdoor coils, evaporator drain pan and piping.
- Check and adjust belt tension, thermostat, controls, and valves.
- Lubricate all bearings and motors as required.
- Check air volume and disruption
- Check for proper voltage and amp draw
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Check for proper Temperature and Delta “T”
- Check flue for obstructions and condition
- Service system accessories as noted in agreement
What kind of discounts do we offer?
When you have HVAC problems, you’ll generally pay for the initial diagnostic visit and repairs/replacement. Our members receive discounts on labor and parts. Your membership will pay for itself in savings!
